Buescher "Big B" Alto Saxophone. Original Lacquer Finish 90%'41-42, #296, xxx. Beautiful example of the best alto saxphone of the best big band time. This horn was overhauled by an excellent tech several years ago but never played since that time. Original Norton gold springs, snaps with new black Roo pads. The honeyed lacquer appears original with only only slight wear on touch-points. Body straight, no dings and the ribbed base perfect. "01" neck with no pull-down and new cork. Case appears original, snaps work and handle intact. No mouthpiece or other accessories.
