Buescher New Aristocrat Alto Saxophone Nice Pads-Nice Setup Most Snaps/Nortons
A well used Buescher New Aristocrat "NA" Alto Saxophone with newer pads and nice setup on offer. The NA retains the majority of its original gold plated Snap On resonators and Norton Springs. The early SN 262,2XX NA alto comes with a 01 neck devoid of lacquer that fits the horn well--evidence of decently done past repair and some current dings are present on the neck. Based on the rather extensive bell engraving (well buffed but still in evidence), the NA alto appears to have originally been gold plated but most of the plating, along with later lacquer is mostly absent from the horn. However, the pads/adjusting materials are very good and recent plus the NA is in good adjustment/regulation.
There is a decent sized dent present on the bow (pictured) and various minor dings/re-solders present on the NA body. The neck strap ring is well used and should be reversed/reinforced if using a metal hooked strap. Thanks for looking at the listing and feel free to ask any questions.
