MARTIN COMMITTEE III ALTO SAXOPHONE VERY GOOD ORIGINAL CONDITION. SERIAL # 152633 Circa 1945 - 1946 Just after WWII.
This Martin Committee III Alto saxophone has its Original Lacquer and as you can see, the Lacquer has darkened nicely over the years. This Committee III Alto is among the 1st Committee III Altos. I took this Vintage Martin Alto to the shop and had them perform a Professional Regulation and replace any pads as necessary.
And, a New Neck Cork has been installed. Check out the photos, and you will see the overall condition of this Martin Committee Alto is Very Nice, but at the Bow, Front and Back, some lacquer flaking has occurred (See Photos). The Case is a Period Buescher Case, and is in Very Nice Original Condition. The Serial Number on the neck matches the body.
