Serial #10160 puts this at 1929. Some consider the "New Large Bore" model a late "Model 26" or the earliest of the "Super Sax" models. These early vintage Supers are fantastic free blowing players and tend to be warmer than the Balanced Action models that were made later. As you see this is possibly an early re-lacquer, with approximately 70% of the lacquer.
The horn plays well on the current older pads (see video link), but an overhaul in the next year or so would make it truly sing.
