Late 1951 SBA Alto in great condition-see pics. Plays with that sweet SBA sound, smooth top to bottom, pads are great, low Bb rolls out with ease.

Having said that, some players will want a horn set up to their personal taste and that expense should be factored in. Tre-Pack case is in great shape. The general consensus amongst the techs who have looked at this horn is that it had a very professionally done relacquer many years ago, and it has been babied since. The engraving is still sharp.

The neck serial number matches. The only sign of a re-solder is the usual spot-the alternate F# key guard on the back of the horn.

I have attached a closeup of that. No signs of dents or dent repair anywhere. The wooden plug is the original Selmer one. Happy to answer any further questions.
