Vintage King Super 20 Silver Sonic Alto Saxophone

The King Super 20 Silversonic Alto is the classic horn for Jazz players. It gives you that big, fat, bold sound preferred by Charlie "Bird" Parker and Julian "Cannonball" Adderly. This Super 20 Silver Sonic Alto was made in Eastlake, Ohio where many of their best horns were manufactured. It dates to around 1971 based on the serial number 477, xxx. This horn has a beautifully engraved silver bell with a gold wash inside and the iconic silver neck with under-slung octave key.

All keys and rollers move freely. Pads, cork and felt are in good condition. Lacquer has minor wear in small areas but is nice overall.
