This listing is for a VERY RARE Meyer NEW YORK USA Alto Saxophone 7 M medium chamber mouthpiece. Top of Mouthpiece shows: MEYER NEW YORK USA Bottom side shows: 7 LAPPED FACING M MEDIUM CHAMBER. Special Note: This is my MAIN mouthpiece. Out of a few dozen or so vintage Meyer's that I have owned, this is THE BEST mouthpiece that I have ever owned and played on. It is very difficult to find a 7 M Medium Meyer. This must go to a player - It plays BEAUTIFULLY!!! The Meyer 7MM was Grover Washington Jr's GO TO mouthpiece.
